Everything we get asked most, answered plainly. If your question is not here, contact us — a person will reply.
Orders & shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Central Time on a business day are packed the same day. Standard ground delivery within the continental U.S. takes 3–6 business days after dispatch. Expedited is 2–3 business days. Alaska and Hawaii take 5–9 business days.
How much is shipping?
Standard ground is $7.99, and free on orders over $75. Expedited is $18.50. Alaska and Hawaii are $21.00, and U.S. territories are $24.00. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you enter any payment details.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We currently ship only within the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not export.
How do I track my order?
You get a dispatch email with a tracking link the moment the carrier scans your parcel. If it has been more than two business days since you ordered and you have not received that email, contact us and we will look it up.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it has not shipped. Email us with your order number as soon as possible — in practice you have about two hours on a business day. After dispatch, treat it as a return.
My parcel says delivered but it is not here.
Check with neighbours and any building office first, since carriers sometimes leave parcels next door. If it is still missing, contact us within seven days and we will open a carrier trace, then reship or refund in full.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
Thirty days from delivery. Unused toys in their original packaging get a full refund. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are refunded or replaced in full, and we cover return postage.
Can I return a toy my dog has already used?
For hygiene reasons we cannot resell a used toy, so used items are not returnable unless they were defective or arrived damaged. If a toy failed far sooner than it should have, contact us — we handle those case by case.
How long does a refund take?
We process refunds within two business days of receiving your return. Your bank then takes 5–10 business days to post it. Refunds always go back to the original card.
Who pays for return shipping?
We do if the item was damaged, defective or the wrong product — we send a prepaid label. For a change of mind, you cover return postage, and we do not charge a restocking fee.
Choosing the right toy
How do I pick the right size?
Match the size to your dog's weight, and when they fall between sizes, always go up. A toy is the wrong size if it fits entirely inside the mouth or can sit behind the back teeth. Every product page has a size chart.
What is a "power chewer"?
A dog who destroys a plush toy in minutes and works through rubber in weeks — typically Labradors, pit bull types, German Shepherds, Huskies and similar. For those dogs, stick to our natural rubber chew and nylon chew stick.
Are any of your toys indestructible?
No, and we would not trust a company that claimed otherwise. Our rubber and nylon chews are the toughest we sell, but every toy wears out. Inspect toys weekly and retire them once pieces can be torn off.
Which toys suit a puppy?
Soft rope tugs, plush toys, lick mats and the mini fetch ball. Avoid hard nylon before about twelve months, since it can damage developing teeth.
My dog gets bored of toys quickly.
Rotate them. Keep three or four out and store the rest out of sight, then swap weekly. Puzzle and treat-dispensing toys also hold interest far longer than static ones because the reward changes every time.
Safety
Are your toys non-toxic?
Yes. Our rubber toys are free of BPA, phthalates, latex and vinyl. Plastics are BPA-free and food-grade where they contact food. Wooden items use a food-safe finish, and cotton ropes are undyed.
Does my dog need to be supervised?
Yes, for every toy we sell. Supervised play means you are in the room and can intervene. Puzzles, lick mats, snuffle mats and ropes should be put away once play is over.
What if my dog swallows a piece?
Call your veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital immediately — do not wait for symptoms. Then let us know which toy and what happened, because we track every safety report.
When should I throw a toy away?
When chunks can be torn off, when a rope is unravelling badly, when stuffing or a squeaker is exposed, or when the toy has worn small enough to fit fully in your dog's mouth.
Payment & privacy
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. All prices and charges are in U.S. dollars.
Is my card information safe?
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe and Square, both Level 1 PCI-DSS certified. Card details are entered directly into their secure fields — they never touch our servers, and we never store your card number.
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers, and we run no advertising or retargeting pixels. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what we collect and why.
Will you add me to a mailing list if I order?
No. Ordering does not subscribe you to anything. You only get marketing email if you deliberately sign up, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
Reviews
Why are there no reviews on some products?
Because nobody has reviewed them yet. We do not buy, seed, generate or write reviews, so a product shows a rating only once real customers send one in. An empty review section is honest, not broken.
How do I leave a review?
Open any product page, scroll to Reviews, and choose "Write a review". You do not need an account. Add your order number to be marked a verified buyer.
Do you publish negative reviews?
Yes. We only remove spam, abuse, or content unrelated to the product. We never edit the wording of a review, and we may reply publicly to explain or make something right.
Why does my review not appear immediately?
Every review is read by a person before publishing, usually within one business day. That is how we keep spam out without filtering opinions.
